Chef Ivan's introduction to the world of Japanese culinary arts began when he joined Nakasei Japanese Restaurant at the age of 21.  During his career, he was exposed to various forms and styles in the culinary field at Santaro Japanese Restaurant, Mizuki Japanese fine dining and Kitagawa Japanese Restaurant.

Through his years of experience, combined with his unrelenting drive for perfection, innovative outlook on creating dishes, and respect for ingredients set the foundation for his role as the Chef for Igokochi.

Chef Ivan has a passion for creating innovative and thoughtful menus that tastefully balance a variety of flavors and make cuisines appealing to a range of tastes.  At Igokochi, the team only brings the best quality ingredients to tables. Guests love coming back for more and finding new dish introduced every season.



WIth more than 25 years of experience in the F&B industry combined with his unrelenting drive to help guests obtain the maximum pleasure from their dining experience set the foundation for Andrew's role as the General Manager for Igokochi.

Andrew works his magic through creativity and endless possibilities.  At Igokochi, the team aim to bring the best to the tables.
